This is a private home that I care deeply about and enjoy sharing with others. Please treat the place with great care.

• Check-in from 3:00 PM (flexible) · Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Maximum 6 guests
• No pets, no parties or events
• No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes
• No shoes, crampons, ski boots or dirty equipment inside – use the drying room by the entrance for wet items (please switch off the shoe dryer after 1 hour, its timer doesn't work)
• The house is built entirely of pine, a soft wood: avoid dropping objects on the floor or against the walls, and never leave water on the wood – always dry floors and the kitchen countertop
• Always use a cutting board on the wooden countertop; please avoid very strong-smelling dishes or pan-frying. For grilling, use the public BBQs in town (e.g. Kammen beach) or a disposable grill
• Firewood: you may use a small amount (one or two fires). If you use more than half a bag, please replace it
• Respect the neighbourhood: sort your trash and park only in the designated spots
• Any damage must be reported and documented with photos
• Commercial photography and filming allowed

Checkout

• Leave the house tidy and reasonably clean: vacuum, wipe kitchen surfaces, start the dishwasher, empty the fridge and freezer of fresh food
• Place used bed sheets and towels in the bathroom
• Take the trash to the correct bins down the gravel road (general waste, food waste, cardboard/paper loose, glass/metal loose). Plastic and bottle deposit (pant) can stay in the closet by the entrance
• Turn off the lights, lock all windows and doors, and return the key to the key box

Cleaning is included – we just ask for a tidy house so the staff can do a deep clean for the next guests. Any questions? Just ask. Enjoy!
