Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled between 14 and 7 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before check-in or for no-shows.

  1. Booking: A booking is confirmed once you receive a written booking confirmation. Prices, payment terms and the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking apply.
  2. Guests: The house may be occupied by a maximum of 6 guests. Only guests named in the booking may stay overnight.
  3. Check-in / check-out: Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM. Check-in and check-out are self-service; access details are sent before arrival.
  4. House rules: No pets, no parties or events, and no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes inside or around the house. Guests agree to follow the house rules.
  5. Care of the property: Please treat the house and its contents with care and leave it in a tidy condition. Any damage must be reported immediately; guests are liable for damage caused by them or their party.
  6. Outdoor activities: Hiking, climbing, skiing, fishing and other outdoor activities are at your own risk. Please check weather and conditions before heading out.
  7. Liability: The host is not liable for loss of or damage to guests' personal belongings, except in cases of gross negligence.
  8. Applicable law: These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
